Appeal a card.

Yellow or red, cards are at the referee's discretion. If your team wants to challenge one, pay the $50 appeal fee, tell us what happened, and the board will review the match footage.

Step 1

e-Transfer $50

Send $50 CAD via Interac e-Transfer to admin@premierathletics.ca, payable to the club.

Step 2

Submit below

Fill out the form with the game details, your explanation, and a screenshot of your e-Transfer receipt.

Step 3

We review footage

The board checks the match footage and gets back to your team within 72 hours.

Appeal form

Send the $50 e-Transfer first, then fill this out with your receipt attached. Incomplete appeals (missing receipt or explanation) can't be reviewed.
